I'm Cactus Pete, Dee Jay and General Manager of Pacific radio's KBFD. I wanted to bring true Free-Form
Alternative music radio to the coast. I can't take credit for the concept of Pacific radio's KBFD however. I got
the idea from the station I used to work at in Phoenix, Arizona KSTM "The Storm", a legendary station in the 1980's.
I put KBFD on the air in 2005 and together, with former staff members of KSTM on our internet audio from RadioFreePhoenix,
